a. Preparing Stage: If your order is in the preparing stage and you choose to cancel, a cancellation fee may be charged to cover the cost of any ingredients or resources already used for your order.

b. En Route Stage: If your order is already route for delivery, it may not be possible to cancel the order. However, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will assist you in resolving any concerns or issues.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request meets the above conditions, we will process a refund for the cancelled order. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the order placement. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
